Let TRUE be the first to tell you that the New Year does not have to bring a new you. You are exactly as you're supposed to be at this point in life. Going forward it's up to you to determine which way you should not go but grow. There's so much beauty in growing into exactly who you're supposed to be. Don't discount everything you've experienced up to this point that's gotten you this far. Everything about you makes you the incredible person you are so why would you ever want to completely change that?
The simple answer is DON'T.
Continue to live in your truth making small modifications along your way. Trust yourself and grow in the direction you are led during your journey.
