Space Size: Indoor space for one 6 ft table &/or one rack, all table signage is welcome.  Standing floor signs are not permitted. 

 ****If you arrive after 12:30pm you will not be allowed to setup & you forfeit your payment to participate in the event unless you've been approved to do so in writing by the event host.****
The Goal:  We want to put a spotlight on the BEST businesses within the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex.

Space Size: Indoor space for one table &/or one rack, all table signage is welcome.  Standing floor signs are not permitted.  

You must provide your table, tablecloth, & anything else you need to promote & sell to your current/future customers. 

**There is a possibility we will have duplicate businesses** 

If you offer a product or service and want to connect w/ people in this area this is your opportunity.

Shipping & Returns

Orders ship within 3-5 business days excluding holidays & weekends to US addresses only. Please allow time for the actual delivery.

Returns

Our policy lasts 21 days from the date of your receipt. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return. All returns are refunded in the form of a store credit equivalent to the dollar amount of your purchase. 

No cash refunds. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

All items in the True Accents & Clearance sections are final sale. These items are not eligible for a return.

Return for Store credit

To be eligible for a return for store credit, return your item unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.

If you are approved, then you will be issued a store credit for the amount of your purchase. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Late or missing store credits

If you haven’t received your store credit yet, first check your email inbox and spam boxes again. Then please contact us at Info@TrueBeautique.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@TrueBeautique.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund in the form of a store credit to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your  product to reach TRUE from you varies.

We recommend that you purchase a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance as True Beautique will not assume responsibility for lost packages. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please keep your tracking numbers and shipping receipts in a safe place to reference with your selected mail carrier when needed.
