Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of your delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return in the form of either an exchange or store credit.

All items in the Accessory Pop Pieces, TRUE Trios, & Clearance are final sale. These items are not eligible for a return in the form of either an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, submit your request in your TRUE online account then return your item unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return for Store credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the value of your return which depends on the condition once received.

You will be issued a store credit. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Late or missing store credits
If you haven’t received your store credit yet, first check your email inbox and spam boxes again. Then please contact us at support@TrueBeautique.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items can only be exchanged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@TrueBeautique.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund in the form of a store credit to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend that you purchase a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance as True Beautique will not assume responsibility for lost packages. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please keep your tracking numbers and shipping receipts in a safe place to reference when needed.
